Dazhong Machine Casting Co., Ltd. Laiwu City was established on May 9th, 2003. Our company covers an area of 20,000 square meters. We mainly produce sprocket wheel, idler, track roller, carrier roller, chain hub, and creeper tread which are matched with project machines, such as excavator and bulldozer, and front fork of bucket rod, back seat, front-axle seat, and bucket teeth and adapters of excavator. With an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons to 10,000 tons, our company has become one of the excellent match-production manufacturers of the following companies: KOMATSU, SHANTUI, SHINKO, HITACHI, DAEWOO, IHI, TAKEUCHI, KATE, ATLAS, SANY, FOTON, and XCG.
Our company boasts perfect matching facilities and rich technology. We have IGBT transistor module medium frequency furnace, bogie-hearth resistance furnace with full fiber lining, double lifting hook abrator, grinder sand mixer, and screw compressor. Our molding sand tester, molten steel thermometric instrument, fluorescence magnaflux, ultrasonic flaw detector, portable magnetic particle detector, radiographic detection and PDA-5500V type of spectrometer are imported from SHIMADZU during the process of checking and chemical examination analysis. These lay a solid foundation for producing good quality products.
